SplitShire
The world’s favourite AI tools — one subscription
SplitShire is where creators stop juggling AI subscriptions. One studio for images, cinematic video, music, and sound — GPT Image, Nano Banana, Flux, video models, editing, and AI Architect — from a single prompt workspace. Create free. Upgrade when ready.

Project summary
What we set out to ship.
splitshire.com presents a creator studio first: generate images, cinematic video, music, and sound effects from one prompt workspace, then finish in an editing suite without hopping between accounts. The site surfaces model choice (including high-fidelity image models and video), community galleries for inspiration, and a clear free-to-paid path. AI Architect and finish tools — upscale, inpaint, relight, background removal — sit alongside generation so the product story is creation end-to-end, not just a model picker.
Serious creators were paying for five or six generative tools and still switching tabs mid-project. Prompt quality, model choice, and finishing edits lived in different products. The cost stacked up — often $100+ a month — while the creative flow broke every time a new medium was needed.
Overview
SplitShire unifies generative creation under one plan: point, click, create. Users start free, then unlock the world’s leading image, video, and audio models without learning a new UI for each. Community galleries, music tracks, and sound effects sit beside generation — so inspiration and production share the same home.
On the website
The product site sells the studio, not a single model. Visitors land on a unified creation promise, browse model and medium options, explore community work, and move into generation or editing without a maze of third-party logins. Messaging emphasizes sharp text in images, prompt accuracy, and a path from first draft to publishable media — with freemium clarity so creators can try before they commit.
What we built
A model-agnostic creation platform with routing across high-fidelity image models (including GPT Image 2 and Nano Banana), cinematic video generation, AI music and SFX libraries, and AI Architect rendering. An editing suite handles upscale, inpaint, relight, background removal, and related finishes. The product experience emphasizes sharp text in images, prompt accuracy, and a path from first draft to publishable media without leaving SplitShire.
Impact
Creators replace a fragmented tool stack with one subscription. Faster iteration across image, video, and audio — with clearer prompts, richer outputs, and less time managing accounts than making work.
- Image & video generation
- AI music & SFX
- Multi-model routing
- Editing suite
- AI Architect
Client challenge
The pressure behind the brief.
Creators paid for five or six generative tools and still broke flow switching tabs mid-project. Prompting, model choice, and finishing lived in different UIs — cost stacked while craft stalled.
Discovery process
How we learned what mattered.
- 01
Audited creator stacks across image, video, music, and SFX tools
- 02
Measured subscription fatigue and context-switching cost
- 03
Mapped finish workflows: upscale, inpaint, relight, background removal
- 04
Prioritized freemium entry so creators could try before committing

Results
What changed after launch.
- One studio for image, video, music, and SFX — create free, upgrade when ready
- Multi-model routing across leading image and cinematic video models
- Editing suite: upscale, inpaint, relight, background removal
- AI Architect for structured creative rendering
- Community galleries, tracks, and sound libraries beside generation
- Prompt-first UX aimed at publishable media, not toy demos
Lessons learned
What we carry into the next build.
- Creators buy flow, not model names — routing must feel invisible.
- Finish tools convert experiments into publishable work.
- Freemium only works if first outputs feel real, not toy demos.
